01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Spinngo88 ("Spinngo88", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible atspinngo88.cam (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the Spinngo88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Spinngo88 enforces a strict minimum age policy and will terminate any Account found to belong to an individual below the legal minimum age without notice, forfeiting all balances.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and in compliance with all applicable laws in your country or jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either with Spinngo88 or with another recognised gambling operator, which would prohibit your participation.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account with Spinngo88 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You understand that gambling carries financial risk and that Spinngo88 provides no guarantee of winings.

Spinngo88 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and witholding of funds pending resolution.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Spinngo88 Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances and Bonus Funds.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided during registration and throughout the lifetime of your Account is accurate, current, and complete. Any discrepancy between Account information and KYC documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until the matter is resolved.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Spinngo88 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to protect your login details. 4.4 Account Currency

The Spinngo88 Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. All withdrawal amounts are processed in MYR unless otherwise agreed in writing.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Spinngo88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits:

• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 (Malaysian Ringgit fifty) or the equivalent in supported cryptocurrency. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to a Player's Wallet.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted via DuitNow or FPX are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals via other methods may take longer. Spinngo88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawals that exceed defined thresholds or that trigger fraud-detection rules, which may extend the processing time.

5.4 KYC Requirements for Withdrawal

Full KYC verification — including submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of address — is required before any withdrawal request can be processed. Spinngo88 accepts Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent government-issued ID.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by Spinngo88 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. Where there is any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any winings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus is clearly stated at the point of offer. Standard wagering requirements on the Spinngo88 Platform range from 10x to 35x the Bonus Funds amount, depending on the promotion type.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Spinngo88 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a neutral outcome, using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or using automated tools to exploit wagering conditions. Any Account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

6.4 Promotion Eligibility

Spinngo88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or refuse any promotional offer at its sole discretion, including the right to restrict eligibility on a per-Account basis where there is reasonable concern about misuse.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the Spinngo88 Platform — including but not limited to slot games, live casino table games, sports betting markets, and lottery products — are governed by individual game rules communicated within the relevant game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence.

Spinngo88 sources all gaming content from verified third-party game studios. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are provided by game studios and reflect the theoretical mathematical return over a statistically significant number of game rounds. Individual session outcomes may vary materially from the theoretical RTP.

For sports betting markets, all results are determined by official governing body outcomes. Spinngo88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or where an obvious pricing error was published.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Spinngo88 Platform:

1. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information.
2. Opening or operating more than one Account.
3. Using automated software, bots, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage.
4. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or fraudulent activity.
5. Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any aspect of the Platform.
6. Using the Platform to engage in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
7. Sharing login credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to use your Account.
8. Misusing the complaints or dispute process, including submitting false or misleading claims.

Violations of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance and Bonus Funds, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Spinngo88 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, software, graphics, text, and data — is the property of Spinngo88 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Platform content without prior written consent from Spinngo88 is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Spinngo88, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial losses.

Spinngo88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Spinngo88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While we invest heavily in platform stability — particularly during high-traffic periods such as Liga Super Malaysia and EPL fixtures — we cannot guarantee continuous availability.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

Spinngo88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:

• The Account holder has violated these Terms or any applicable law;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes;
• Suspicious activity has been detected that warants investigation;
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received;
• Identity verification requirements have not been met within the stipulated timeframe.

Upon termination, any outstanding Wallet balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by submitting a request to the Spinngo88 support team via Live Chat or email.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute relating to your Account, a game outcome, a transaction, or a bonus, you should contact the Spinngo88 support team in the first instance via Live Chat, providing full details of the matter. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal resolution process, you may escalate the matter in writing to our Compliance team. Spinngo88 will conduct a full internal review and provide a written final decision.

All disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the governing law specified in Section 15 of these Terms. Spinngo88 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any external arbitration body unless expressly required by applicable law.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Spinngo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 12.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of this Platform. By accessing and using the Spinngo88 Platform, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia represent that they are doing so in compliance with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations, and acknowledge that the regulatory environment for online gambling in Malaysia is subject to change.
